 ImPERFECT MOVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP

Have you typically thought of exercise as just a means to lose weight or change how your body looks?

How has that worked for you in building long-term consistency with movement? 🤔

What I've seen with most clients (and myself) is that when we focus on weight loss or changing how we look, we miss out on creating sustainable practices that feel truly nourishing to our bodies.

When we can attune to our bodies and tap into how habits make us feel, we are so much more likely to make choices aligned with our true values. Even moreso when we are reinforcing this.

You are not alone if you've found it challenging to build consistency with physical activity.

My own personal struggle is what motivated me to start this group!

If you're ready to...

  • shift your focus/intention from movement for weight loss to movement to feel good

  • give yourself permission for movement to look however suits YOUR lifestyle/preferences

  • build consistency with movement through compassion & reflection

  • connect with like-minded individuals...

...then I invite you to join my Imperfect Movement Support Group!
